TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) received the Extraordinary Employer Support Award presented by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) in recognition of TriWest’s strong support of the National Guard and Reserve community. ESGR is a Department of Defense (DOD) program that promotes cooperation and understanding between reserve component Service members and their civilian employers and assists in resolving conflicts arising from an employee’s military commitment. Our nation relies heavily on Guard and Reserve Service members, many of whom have full-time jobs. Employer support enhances retention rates in the armed forces and strengthens our national security.
